- Travelling along the duel carriageway with Tesco on your left you take the 1st exit off the round-a-bout keeping Tesco's on your left.
- Through the first set of lights. (pub on your right and Pizza hut on your left).
- Up to the 2nd set of lights (crossroads) and turn right.
- Take the 1st left and go to the end of the road, (T-Junction) and turn left.
- Up to the traffic lights and turn right.
- Take the 1st right into Knox Road. The St John's Ambulance Building is on your right.

Hints:
After turning left at Tesco's and passing through the 1st set of lights with the Pizza Hut on your left, watch for the speed camera a little further on.
When you reach the St John's Ambulance building there is parking to the side of the building or anywhere in the street. If you park in the area to the side you must place a parking permit in your car. Ask Verina for the permit when you come in. Ring the bell on the front door next to the garage doors and someone will come down and let you in.

From Northampton
(1) Leave A45 at second Wellingborough roundabout, signposted Wellingborough/Milton Keynes.
(2) Take 2nd exit at mini roundabout, pass Tesco Store on your left and take 1st exit at roundabout signposted Town Centre.
(3) Straight on at next set of lights (Pizza Hut) on left, continue to next set of lights at crossroads and turn right, then first left into Castle St.
(4) At end of Castle St (T junction) turn left, the turn right at lights into Victoria Rd and first right into Knox Rd, St Johns Ambulance Building on your right.
From Milton Keynes
(1) Entering Wellingborough under road bridge, take 2nd exit at roundabout signposted Town Centre. Then take (3) & (4) above.
From: Midlands (Kettering, Leicester, Coventry etc) & Peterborough & Cambridge)
(1) Join A14, and leave A14 at Junction 11 signposted Finedon/Wellingborough.
(2) Go straight on at Finedon roundabout to cross railway bridge at Wellingborough.
(3) Go straight on across 4 mini roundabouts, with Matalan & Aldi stores on your right at fourth, take next left into Knox Road just before lights.
(4) St John's Ambulance Building on your right (white building).
